The goal was to create Cycliv, a premium cycling brand offering luxury bikes, clothing, and bike gear to elevate the cycling lifestyle. As an avid road biker, I fulfilled the roles of UX Designer, Director, and Product Manager, focusing on delivering an exceptional user experience for cycling enthusiasts. I emphasized top-quality products and cutting-edge design, addressing industry-specific challenges with innovative solutions and leveraging advanced materials to enhance performance and style. I oversaw the creation of a fully customized, visually appealing interface enriched with engaging graphics and interactive elements, all conceptualized in-house. Although the project is still in the concept stage, the groundwork laid promises a transformative experience for cyclists, ensuring a seamless and luxurious path to embracing the cycling lifestyle.
